ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

EBOS Group Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held at Addington Raceway Events Centre, 75 Jock Hinton Drive, Addington, Christchurch on Tuesday, 17 October 2017, commencing at 2:00pm.

The period for nomination of persons as directors of EBOS opens today and closes at 5pm (NZ time) on 21 August 2017. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
