Correction - Issue of Shares

The following correction has been made to the "Issue of Shares" announcement released on 9 April 2019 under RNS No 5011V.

The correct total number of Ordinary Shares issue is 79,342,273 and the figure to be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules is 75,142,273.

All other details remain unchanged.
