Directors' Dealings and Directorate Changes

Ebiquity announces that on 6 March 2014, each of Sarah Thomson and Stephen Thomson, both founder directors of the Company, exercised options over 145,921 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following these option exercises Sarah Thomson held 7,749,708 Ordinary Shares and Stephen Thomson held 146,921 Ordinary Shares.

Ebiquity has today been notified by Sarah Thomson that she has sold 7,603,787 Ordinary Shares at a price of 120p per Ordinary Share and as a result holds 145,921 Ordinary Shares. Ebiquity has today also been notified by Steve Thomson that he has sold 1,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 120p per Ordinary Share and as a result holds 145,921 Ordinary Shares.

Sarah Thomson and Stephen Thomson have also resigned from the Board with immediate effect.
