An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 300,000 ordinary shares of 27 2/7p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme:

300,000 shares under the easyJet plc Approved Discretionary Share Option Scheme

These shares will be allotted when options are exercised under the above scheme and when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
