On 11 December 2020 the Company was notified by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), as the Trustee of the easyJet plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that on 10 December 2020 it had purchased ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Partnership Shares") to the persons discharging managerial responsibility as set out below.

Under the Plan, each participant may contribute £150 per month, or make a lump sum payment from their annual bonus, towards the purchase of Partnership Shares.
