Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 26 March 2018, Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), as the Trustee of the Company's easyJet plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), notified the Company that it purchased, on 26 March 2018, ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the capital of the Company on behalf of the persons discharging managerial responsibility set out in the notification forms below.

The PDMRs acquired the shares, as Dividend Shares, by electing to re-invest the ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 September 2017 (declared by the Company's shareholders at the Company's AGM in February 2018) earned on their existing Plan shares.
