easyJet plc was notified by easyGroup Holdings, on 21 January 2013, of changes to its major interest in shares, as follows:

In accordance with the FSA Transparency Directive, we hereby give you notice that in the three days leading up to the 18th  January 2013 the Haji-Ioannou Family Concert Party sold 600,000 shares resulting in the following change in its collective shareholding:

Shares prior to sale:         147,111,798

Shares sold:                    600,000

Shares post sale:            146,511,798

We believe that the concert party has crossed the integer of 37% on the way down and hence we give you this notification.
