Statement regarding effective date of Board change

14 December 2017

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.12, and further to the announcement made by the Company on 19 July that Keith Hamill had agreed to stay on the Board for a further period to support the Chief Executive search process, expected to be no later than the end of the year, the Company announces that the effective date of Keith Hamill's retirement from the Board as Non-Executive Director has been decided as 31 December 2017.
