Easy Trip Planners Limited has signed Share Purchase Agreement with Spree Hotels & Real Estate Private Limited on 18[th] November, 2021.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 18[th] November, 2021, has inter-alia, considered and approved the acquisition of Spree Hotels & Real Estate Private Limited (‘Target Company') by acquiring 100% share capital of the Target Company.

The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given as under:
