Net Asset Value (NAV) SEK 79 per share on 28 February 2013

NAV and share price development

  • NAV per share on 28 February 2013 amounted to EUR 9.42 (SEK 79)
  • NAV per share (EUR) increased by 1.1% compared to 31 January 2013
  • The value of cash, cash equivalents and other short term investments per share amounted to EUR 0.22 (SEK 2), corresponding to an aggregate of EUR 7m (SEK 59m)
  • The closing price per share on 28 February 2013 was SEK 52.75 (EUR 6.25) corresponding to an decrease of 0.9% compared to 31 January 2013
  • The number of shares outstanding in East Capital Explorer on 28 February 2013 was 31,424,309. The Company did not hold any own shares
  • EUR 1 = SEK 8.44 on 28 February 2013

Events during the month

  • On 1 February 2013, East Capital Explorer invested an additional EUR 10m into the East Capital Russia Domestic Growth Fund
  • As announced on 13 February 2013, Mia Jurke, CEO of East Capital Explorer, plans to take maternity leave for a year starting mid-May. The Board of Directors has appointed Catharina Hagberg as acting CEO during Mia's absence
