Eastnine confirms speculations in the market regarding a potential acquisition
Eastnine AB (publ) ("Eastnine") has noted speculations in the market and confirms that Eastnine is in discussions regarding a potential acquisition of the Warsaw Unit office building in Warsaw from Ghelamco for a consideration of approximately EUR 280m.
No binding agreement has been entered into and Eastnine wishes to emphasise that there can be no certainty that a transaction will be made, or what the terms of any such transaction would be. Any further disclosures regarding the potential transaction will be made by Eastnine if and when required pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
