Net Asset Value SEK 74 per share on 31 August 2012
- On 31 August 2012 the net asset value per share in East Capital Explorer AB amounted to EUR 8.84 (corresponding to SEK 74i ). The total net asset value amounted to EUR 296m (corresponding to SEK 2.5bn)
- The total net asset value (EUR) decreased by 1.7 percent compared to 31 July 2012
- The value of cash, cash equivalents and other short term investments per share amounted to EUR 1.20 (SEK 10), corresponding to an aggregate of EUR 40m (SEK 334m) of which EUR 33m (SEK 273m) were available for future investments
- During August, East Capital Explorer repurchased 247,988 of its own shares at an average price of SEK 48.88 per share, which corresponded to 0.7 percent of the company's outstanding number of shares
- The earlier announced investment of EUR 15m into the East Capital Russia Domestic Growth Fund took place on 31 August in connection with the fund launch
- The closing price per share on 31 August 2012 was SEK 47.90 (corresponding to EUR 5.75)
