East Capital Explorer AB - East Capital Explorer's Board of Directors

The Nomination Committee for East Capital Explorer has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting 2011 that the Board comprise six members and that Paul Bergqvist, Anders Ek, Lars Emilson, Karine Hirn, Alexander Ikonnikov and Justas Pipinis are re-elected to the Board. Monika Elling has declined to be re-elected following her recent appointment as CEO of Poolia. In addition, it is proposed that Paul Bergqvist be re-appointed as Chairman of the Board.

The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting.

East Capital Explorer's Nomination Committee comprises Peter Elam Håkansson, East Capital; Ramsay Brufer, Alecta; Johan Gustavsson, Apoteket AB:s Pensionsstiftelse; Louise Hedberg, East Capital and Paul Bergqvist, Chairman East Capital Explorer.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 12 April 2010, at Nalen in Stockholm.
