Attached is an ASX Appendix 3Z for Mr Dahui Zhang who resigned as a Director of Eastern Iron Limited on 12 March 2018. An Appendix 3Z is required to be lodged with the ASX within 5 business days of the resignation of a Director.

1. The document is lodged late as a consequence of a clerical oversight.

2. The Company advises Directors on appointment of their obligations under listing rule 3.19B and reminds Directors of this obligation at formal Board meetings.

3. The Company considers the current arrangements to be adequate to ensure future compliance with ASX listing rule 3.19B.
