Eastern Resources Limited (ASX: EFE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Eastern Resources Limited (‘EFE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of EFE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 27 September 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Eastern Resources Limited (ASX: EFE) (the ‘Company’) requests a trading halt of the securities of the Company, effective immediately.

The following information is provided in relation to this request:

• The trading halt is sought so that the Company can manage its continuous disclosure obligations with regard to a proposed capital raising.

• The trading halt is sought until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Tuesday 27 September 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
