ENTITLEMENTS ISSUE – REVISED UNDERWITING

On 18 March 2021, Eastern Iron Limited (the “Company”) lodged an ASX Appendix 3B for a fully underwritten Entitlements Issue (“Issue”).

Following that announcement, the Company has revised the underwriting arrangements for the the Issue.

The issue remains fully underwritten, and a replacement ASX Appendix 3B, with an updated timetable and details of the revised underwriting arrangements will be released at the same time as the Entitlements Issue offer document.

The Company expects that both of the above will be released within the next week.

This announcement has been authorised for release in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s Continuous Disclosure Policy.
