RESIGNATION OF MR NATHAN TAYLOR AS AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

Eastern Iron Limited advises that Mr Nathan Taylor has resigned as the Alternate Director for Mrs Therese-Marie Taylor with effect from today, to focus on his other Interests.

Mr Taylor has been the Alternate Director for Mrs Taylor since July 2017 and the Company thanks him sincerely for his contribution throughout these years.

Mr Taylor has the Company’s best wishes for his future endeavors
