APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Eastern Iron Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Myles Fang as a Director of the Company.

Mr Fang is currently the Company’s Acting Chief Executive Officer.

Following the appointment of Mr Fang, Mr Dahui Zhang has resigned as a Director of the Company as a consequence of his relocation to China. Mr Zhang has been a Director since 22 January 2016 and the Board unanimously resolved to thank Mr Zhang for his services during this period.

Eastern Iron Limited is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Duncan Glasgow as an additional Company Secretary.
