RESIGNATION OF MR GREG JONES AS A DIRECTOR

The Board of Eastern Iron Limited advises that Mr Greg Jones has resigned from the Board with effect from today to focus on his other directorships.

Mr Jones has been a Director of the Company since April 2009 and the Company thanks him sincerely for his contribution throughout these years.

Mr Jones leaves the Company with its best wishes for his future endeavors.
