Micha e l is the CE O of Harlan d Group Pt y Ltd; the Managing M e mber of H a rland Capital Fund LLC, w h ich recently subscrib e d $600,600 for the f i rst tranch e of a shar e placeme n t in the Compa n y of up t o $1m. D e tails of th i s placeme n t were announced t o the mar k et on 6 March 2 014.

Micha e l has a lo n g history o f investm e nt manag e ment havi n g founde d Harland G roup in 2004. A dditionall y , Michael is the C h airman of PennTrad e Financial Inc., the holding compa n y to Penn a luna & Co m pany Inc., one of th e oldest sto c kbrokers i n the United States founde d in 1926 w ith a foc u s on the m ining sect o r. Michael holds a D i ploma in F inancial Planni n g from FI N SIA and a Master’ s Degree i n Entrepreneurship & Innovati o n from Swinburne Univer s ity of Technology. Michael is ba s ed in New York.
