2024 AGM DATE AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Eastern Resources Limited (ASX: EFE) advises that the 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 20 November 2024.

An item for consideration at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from any persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Wednesday 9 October 2024. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5pm AEDT on Wednesday 9 October 2024.
