2022 AGM DATE AND NOIMNATION OF DIRECTORS

Eastern Resources Limited (ASX: EFE) (' the Company ') advises that the 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 22 November 2022.

An item for consideration at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors. The closing date for receipt of nominations from any persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday, 17 October 2022. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5pm AEST on Monday, 17 October 2022.
