On December 15, 2014, pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated December 15, 2014 between the Registrant and Argo Transdata Corp., a Connecticut corporation (the “Seller”), the Registrant acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities of the Seller. See attached press release.
