Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Sharad Sharma has tendered his resignation due to his personal reasons from the position of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 6[th] May, 2021. His last day of working is 5[th] May, 2021. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities with effective from closing of business hours on 5[th] May, 2021. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Sharad Sharma ceases to be Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and same shall be intimated to stock exchange.
