Docdata has sold its Payments Response activities in the United Kingdom to DDC Outsourcing Solutions

The Management Board of DOCDATA N.V. (Waalwijk, The Netherlands) today announces that their UK intermediate holding company DOCdata (UK) e-Holding Limited in Witney (UK) has sold all the shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary docdata payments (response) Limited to DDC Outsourcing Solutions, registered as CGF Marketing Services Limited in the UK.

This transaction includes the complete Payments Response organisation and business of Docdata in the UK as per the transaction date of 9th of June 2014, including all existing labour contracts with the personnel and staff of docdata payments (response) Ltd. which will be honoured by DDC Outsourcing Solutions. The financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed at the specific request of the buyer.

Management of DOCDATA N.V. confirms that the transaction does not have a material impact on the Group results and expects that the sale of the Payments Response activities in the UK will not have an influence on the remaining e-commerce fulfilment activities in the UK, operated by docdata fulfilment Limited from Witney. The sale of docdata payments (response) Limited is one of the actions taken to execute the previously announced restructuring process for the Docdata UK operations.

DDC Outsourcing Solutions was established in 1987 and is part of the international DDC Group. The company has grown to service a wide range of customers in sectors such as Charities, Finance, Data Acquisition, Utilities, Consumer and Public Sector.
