DOCdata N.V. announces the 2005 year-end results on Thursday, 16 February 2006.

DOCdata N.V. will announce the 2005 year-end results on Thursday, 16 February 2006 at 08.30 hours (Amsterdam time, before opening of the stock exchange). This date was already scheduled in the 2004 Annual Report. The press release to publish these results will be available from that moment on the websites of the Company (www.docdata.com) and of Euronext Amsterdam (www.euronext.com).

Management of DOCdata will discuss that morning at 10.30 hours (Amsterdam time) the 2005 year-end results in a meeting for which members of the financial press and analysts will be invited, to be held in the Hermeszaal of the Financieel Nieuwscentrum Beursplein 5 of Euronext Amsterdam (Beursplein 5, 1012 JW Amsterdam, +31-20-5505505).

At the end of the day at 17.00 hours (Amsterdam time), management of DOCdata will give the same explanation (as presented in the morning to the financial press and analysts) at the Company’s office, Energieweg 2 in Waalwijk. Those who want to be present at this afternoon meeting are kindly requested to register with the Company no later than Tuesday, 14 February 2006.
