DOCdata N.V. announces the decisions taken by the General Meeting of Shareholders regarding the composition of the Supervisory Board.

The General Meeting of Shareholders of DOCdata N.V., which was held yesterday afternoon Thursday 10 May 2007, has decided to determine the number of Supervisory Board members, including the Chairman, at four and has reappointed Mr. E.F. van Veen as member of the Supervisory Board of DOCdata N.V. for a final term of two years. Mr. Emiel van Veen was recommended for reappointment as Supervisory Board member on the basis of his extensive managerial experience and his in-depth know-how of financial and economic affairs, as well as Corporate Governance. Mr. Van Veen has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company since 19 May 1998 and was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 16 May 2002 up to and including 10 May 2007.

Furthermore, the General Meeting of Shareholders has decided to appoint Mr. J.A. (Koos) de Vreeze, member of the Supervisory Board of DOCdata N.V., as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company for the remaining period of his current term, which will end at the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and therefore for a term of two years. Mr. De Vreeze has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company since 16 May 2002 and was recommended for appointment as Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the basis of his extensive managerial experience and his profound knowledge with regard to the media market and distribution channels.
