Update re Placing

Further to the Announcement on 8 August 2024, EARNZ plc (AIM: EARN), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell which is seeking acquisitions in the energy services sector, announces that it has extended the time of the close of the Bookbuild. An announcement of the result of the Bookbuild will be made in due course.

Defined terms used throughout this announcement have the meanings set out in the Announcement, released on 8 August 2024, unless the context requires otherwise.
