Grant of Share Options
Verditek PLC (AIM:VDTK), the international green technology company that develops, manufactures and sells advanced ultra-lightweight solar panels, wishes to inform the market that share options have been granted to the Company's CEO and Chairman.
Rob Richards (CEO) has been granted share options over 10 million shares and Lord David Willetts (Chairman) has been granted share options over 3 million shares. The exercise price is 3.8p, being the closing mid-market price as at 16 September 2021.
The options are subject to certain conditions, including a performance condition that the Company must have delivered EBITDA of at least £2m during a full financial year.
Following these grants, the interests of Rob Richards and Lord David Willetts are as follows:
