Update on Convertible Loan Note  

Verditek plc, (AIM: VDTK), the clean technology company, announces that further to its announcements of 21 August, 19 September and 10 October 2018 in relation to the issue of the Convertible Loan Note, it has received funds for a total of £1.17 million.

The Company had unfulfilled commitments from a number of other investors, however, due to the time elapsed since the initial announcement in relation to the Convertible Loan Note, a number of these commitments have lapsed.  

The Company is in discussions with other potential investors who have expressed interest for a total of £1 million.

Further announcements will be made if and when additional funds are received.
