Verditek strengthens solar subsidiary with new GM

Verditek plc, (AIM: VDTK), the clean technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alfredo De Mutiis as General Manager of its solar business, Greenflex.

Alfredo is a seasoned operations manager who has worked in a wide range of industries, including a recent solar start-up. Building on initial experience gained in his native Italy, De Mutiis has delivered successfully in several multinational organisations in Europe and the UK. He holds a Masters degree in Management Engineering from the University of Bologna and speaks English, Italian and Hungarian.

Geoff Nesbitt, Chairman and Interim CEO of Verditek plc said: "Alfredo's strong entrepreneurial mindset and solid operational skills will ensure that Greenflex manufacturing delivers a premium product applying lean manufacturing practises."
