EARNZ (AIM: EARN), an energy services company whose objective is to capitalise on the drive for global decarbonisation, announces that today, 2 September 2024, it was informed that John Charlton, Executive Director of the Company has purchased 200,001 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at 7.485 pence per share.

John Charlton's beneficial interest in the Company now comprises 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares (133,333 Ordinary Shares are held by his wife, Catherine Charlton) representing approximately 0.98% of the Company's issued share capital.
