PCA Shareholding

EARNZ (AIM: EARN), an energy services company whose objective is to capitalise on the drive for global decarbonisation, announces that it has been informed today, that on 30 October 2024, Angela Burnett, wife of Bob Holt (Executive Chair) and therefore a Person Closely Associated ("PCA"), purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), at 6.4 pence per Ordinary Share. It has also been informed that earlier today, Angela Burnett purchased a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 6.2 pence per Ordinary Share. Both Ordinary Share purchases were into a SIPP in her own name.

Angela Burnett's interest in the Company now comprises 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.20% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following these purchases, Bob Holt's beneficial interest in the Company now comprises 11,050,000 Ordinary Shares (483,333 Ordinary Shares are held in a SIPP, 4,666,666 Ordinary Shares are held in a SSAS, both in his own name, 200,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Angela Burnett, and the remainder held in his own name) representing approximately 10.81% of the Company's issued share capital.
