Increase of Convertible Loan Note  

Verditek plc, (AIM: VDTK), the clean technology company, announces that further to the announcement of 21 August 2018 in relation to the issue of the Convertible Loan Note, the Company has now received binding subscriptions of £2.5m (originally a maximum of £2m) and due to further  additional investor interest in the Convertible Loan Note, settlement has now been extended. The extension has been put in place to enable settlement of all investors. An announcement will follow in due course once settlement has occurred.
