Results of 2022 Annual General Meeting

Verditek plc (AIM: VDTK), the clean technology company, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Friday 5 August 2022, the resolutions set out below were passed by shareholders voting on a poll.

The Board notes that resolution 4, the re-appointment of Gavin Mayhew as a Director, was passed with the necessary majority but received less than 80% of votes in favour.
