Directorate change

Verditek plc, (AIM: VDTK), the clean technology company, today announces that Janet Donovan will be stepping down from the board on 24 May 2018 and Tim Lord is being appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer (non-board), with immediate effect.

Tim's appointment supports the investment banking knowledge of the board and his extensive experience in financial control will bring a high level of expertise to ensure the Company's financial structure supports Verditek's businesses. He will also enhance the Company's relationships with the banking sector and the broader financial community. Tim, who holds a BSc(hons) in Physics from Imperial College London, will be able to bring added knowledge and understanding of Verditek's ground breaking technologies.

Over the past 20 years, Tim has held a number of CFO positions, including at JP Morgan, based in Japan, and as Global CFO for Société Générale, based in France, USA and Japan. Most recently he was the Financial Controller at Standard Chartered in Singapore and the UK.

Tim is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MSc in Geophysics from Birmingham University.
