Director Appointment

The board of Verditek is pleased to announce the appointment of Timothy Lord (aged 57) as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

In May 2018, Tim joined Verditek as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. His appointment has brought extensive commercial experience to the Company as well as strengthening the financial structure to support Verditek`s activities.

Over the past 20 years, Tim has held a number of CFO positions, including at JP Morgan, based in Japan, and  Société Générale, based in France, USA and Japan. Most recently he was the Financial Controller at Standard Chartered in Singapore and the UK.

Tim is a qualified Chartered Accountant, holds a BSc(hons) in Physics from Imperial College London and an MSc in Geophysics from Birmingham University.

Mr. Lord owns no  ordinary shares in the Company. Mr. Lord has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
