Change to Company Secretary

The Board of Careers MultiList Limited has appointed Ralph Stonell as Company Secretary, following the resignation of Richard Standen during his employment probation period. Ralph’s appointment is effective from 1[st] October 2012.

Ralph is an experienced CPA who has been a CFO and Company Secretary for ASX listed companies across a variety of industries for more than a decade, including Mobile Innovations Limited and AMF Bowling prior to its sale to Macquarie Leisure.

Daniel Riley, Managing Director of Careers MultiList Limited will act as interim Company Secretary until 1[st] October 2012. Daniel has previously held the position of Company Secretary with the Company and is a member of CPA Australia.
