EAM Solar ASA : Split of EAM Solar ASA and distribution to shareholders

The Board of EAM Solar ASA has today resolved to carry out the split, as

described in the notice to the extraordinary general meeting sent 4 November

2015, by way of a distribution of shares in EAM Solar Italy Holding srl.

Further information regarding the practical execution, valuation, ex-dividend
