Based on feedback from some shareholders in the Company's in connection with the Board's proposal for resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting on 10 May 2024, a need for further information regarding to EAM Solar ASA's status and operations has emerged.
An open information meeting will therefore be held on Friday 3 May in Cort Adelers Gate 33, 0254 Oslo auditorium, at: 11:00. Pre-registration is not required.
