On November 13, 2024, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, sold an additional 5,314,346 shares in EAM Solar (ISIN NO0010607781). Following this transaction, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet Livsforsikring AS, held a total of 7,136,384 shares in the company on a consolidated basis. This corresponds to 4.66% of the number of outstanding shares and votes in the company.
