On 23 November 2023 Sundt AS sold 45,085 shares in EAM Solar ASA (the "Company"). Following the disposal of shares, Sundt AS owns 999,863 shares in the Company, representing a total of 14.6% of the Company's issued shares and voting rights (based on 6,852,210 shares issued by the Company).

This disclosure is made pursuant to sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
