Appeal Lodged in the Matter against Intesa SanPaolo

In previous announcements, EAM Solar has informed of its intention to appeal the decision of the Court of Brescia which found in favor of Intesa Sanpaolo.

EAM has been informed by its legal counsel that the appeal has been submitted in time and is registered. EAM has also submitted a request to stay (pause) the enforcement of first instance judgement, pending the outcome of the appeal.

At this time, it is not possible to anticipate the timeline of these processes.

In the meantime, EAM will continue its dialogue with the representatives of Intesa Sanpaolo to explore other amicable solutions.
