EAM Solar ASA: Minutes from the Annual General Meeting 2023

EAM Solar ASA conducted today its Annual General Meeting in its offices at Bryggetorget 7, Oslo.
A total of 2,488,225 shares equivalent to 36.313% of the total shares in the Company were represented through participation or proxy.
All decisions where passed unanimously and in accordance with the proposals made by the Board of Directors and the Company's Nomination Committee.
