EAM Solar ASA : Minutes from the annual general meeting 28th May 2015

EAM Solar ASA conducted its Annual General Meeting in its offices at Dronningen

1, Oslo, today.

A total of 1,740,445 shares equivalent to 34.328% of the total shares in the

company were represented through participation or proxy.

All decisions where passed unanimously and in accordance with the proposal made

by the Board of Directors and the Company's Nomination Committee.
