EAM: Minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting the 19th of December 2014

22nd of December 2014

EAM Solar ASA conducted its Annual General Meeting in its offices at Dronningen

1, Oslo, on the 19th of December 2014.

A total of 1,715,625 shares equivalent to 33,839% of the total shares in

the company were represented through participation or proxy.

All decisions where passed unanimously and in accordance with the proposal made

by the Board of Directors and the Company's Nomination Committee.

The minutes of the Annual General Meeting is attached to this notice.
