Issue of Employee Incentive Securities

Eagle Mountain Mining Limited (ASX:EM2) (“Eagle” or “the Company”) confirms the issue of 25,000 ordinary shares, 2,150,000 unlisted options and 150,000 performance rights to employees.

The issues are made pursuant to the Eagle Mountain Mining Limited Employee Incentive Plan.

An Appendix 3b is attached for immediate release.
