Eagle Mountain Mining Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Wednesday, 14 March 2018.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 1.00pm +/- 15 seconds Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) on Friday, 16 March 2018.

The Company raised $8,004,500 pursuant to the offer made under the prospectus dated 23 January 2018 by the issue of 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share and the issue of 4,500,000 options (exercisable at $0.30 each on or before 6 March 2021) at an issue price of $0.001 per option.
