UPDATED PROFORMA STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION

An amount of $8,004,500 was raised pursuant to the Initial Public Offer, refer to the Prospectus dated 23 January 2018. The following is an updated Proforma Statement of Financial Position for the Eagle Mountain Mining Limited Group as at 31 December 2017 and based on the amount of $8,004,500 raised from the Initial Public Offer (the ‘Offers’):
