Director share options amendment

Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS and AI technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing at scale, announces an amendment to its existing share option agreements with CEO Tim Mason and CFO Lucy Sharman-Munday in respect of the vested share options detailed below (the "Share Options"), dated January 2016 and September 2016 (the "Share Option Agreements"). The period in which they may exercise such Share Options is due to expire in January 2026 and September 2026 respectively. The Company considers it desirable to extend the expiry dates by 3 years and as of today, the Share Option Agreements have been amended accordingly pursuant to the terms of the Eagle Eye Solutions Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan scheme as set out below. All other terms of the Share Option Agreements remain unchanged.
